On 24 September, Eddie Hui, Chief Operating Officer & Co-President of MetaComp, took part in the panel “Digital Assets: The Future of Wealth in Family Portfolios” at the APAC Family Office Investment Summit.
He was joined by Shreyas Slater Chityala (Vedas FO, USA & Asia), with the session moderated by Mohamed Badr (Alea Global Group, Kuwait).
The discussion explored how family offices are incorporating cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and stablecoins into long-term strategies. Panelists also examined how regulatory frameworks in key jurisdictions like Singapore and Hong Kong are shaping compliant digital asset investments, as well as how Web3 and decentralized finance (DeFi) are transforming the future of wealth management.
Mr Hui shared MetaComp’s perspective on building compliance-ready infrastructure that enables family offices and institutions to embrace digital assets with trust, transparency, and security.
