Day 1 – 21 April

Tin Pei Ling, Co-President of Alpha Ladder Group and MetaComp, and Summer Yu, Chief Compliance Officer of Alpha Ladder Group, took the stage to unveil the StableX Know-Your-Agent (KYA) Framework — the world’s first governance architecture for AI agents in regulated financial services — showing how StableX Network, Web2.5 VisionX Engine, and Agentic Finance are redefining cross-border compliance across payments, compliance, and wealth management.
Tin Pei Ling also joined Joseph Chan from the Hong Kong SAR Government and Akshika Gupta of J.P. Morgan’s Kinexys on the Radiant Stage for “The New Intersection of Money: Where TradFi and DeFi Converge.”
Eddie Hui-Bon-Hoa, Co-President and Chief Operating Officer of MetaComp, took the MoneyPot stage for “The Liquidity Layer: Fixing What’s Holding Global Payments Back”, while Dr Bo Bai, Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Alpha Ladder Group, took the Radiant Stage for “When Assets Come Alive: The Next $16 Trillion Shift” — making the case for Agentic Finance as the next frontier.

Day 2 — 22 April

MetaComp co-hosted “The Web2.5 Gold Standard — Bridging Payments, Wealth and Liquidity with XAUT” with Tether and Solana Foundation, announcing the successful completion of XAUT across cross-border payments, value preservation, and gold-collateralised working capital — with commercial roll-out now underway.
Summer Yu, Chief Compliance Officer of Alpha Ladder Group, moderated “Bridging Web2 and Web3: What Does ‘Effective AML’ Really Mean in 2026?” alongside Patrick Gwyther, Market Planning Director of Financial Crime Compliance at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, and Xiao Chen, Industry Practice Lead and AML Professional at Moody’s.

Tin Pei Ling joined the MoneyPot stage for “Leveling the Financial Solutions Playing Field for Global SMEs” alongside Sean Abbott, Asia Head of Bank Relationships at Payoneer, Siva Ramanathan, Chief Consulting and Growth Officer at Ksher, and facilitator Sean Brierly, Head of Fintech Asia at Citi.

Dr Bo Bai joined “The Full Stack of RWA: From Asset Origination to Exchange Distribution”, moderated by Tracy, Business Developer Manager at MetaComp, alongside Lu Yin, Head of Asia Pacific at Solana Foundation, Chun Kit Chu, Co-Founder of 2WA, and Yiko Qu, Head of Asset Management at BingX.

Day 3 — 23 April
